一聽到有午睡活動,老師和學生都非常雀躍,紛紛討論是否要每天都進行一次呢!!! 的確,睡眠質素與個人的精神健康息息相關。有時,簡單的道理很容易明白明,但知易行難。有時,我們也要容許自己有充電加油的時候,多關顧自己身體,才能有更多正能量面對挑戰。

 

Upon hearing about the nap activity, both teachers and students were excited, eagerly discussing whether it should happen every day! Indeed, sleep quality is closely related to personal mental health. Sometimes, simple truths are easy to understand but difficult to implement. We must allow ourselves time to recharge and care for our bodies to cultivate more positive energy to face challenges.
